And, IIRC, she gave a very nice review of his "Rock Springs" stories,
and said something like he was a natural-born storyteller. He did teach
writing and literature at Princeton once upon a time. Aside: I don't
know whether he was still living in N.O. when the flooding hit but I
ought to check on it. .
