JCO: Attn. Sweden, Japan, France (& others) : Looking for JCO fans for BBC

Now, it's not to say that I'm not grateful for the questions and comments and suggestions I've had from Tone Clusters mmembers from other countries (USA/UK) ;-) ... because I am. Thanks very much, guys!

But, in response to my note below, various people wrote to tell me that Tone Clusters has members in Sweden, Japan and France. If any of those members in Sweden, Japan or France (or anywhere else) has a question I can add to my list to ask JCO about "Blonde" ... please contact me!

My original note to the mailing list is repeated below.

Thanks very much.

I'm working for a BBC radio programme, based in London, and I'm looking for fans of "Blonde" by Joyce Carol Oates.
We're recording a programme with Joyce Carol Oates in a couple of weeks, in which a studio audience and booklovers around the world will be able to ask the author questions about her book. I wondered if there's anything that the "Blonde" fans among you would like to ask Joyce Carol Oates about this novel? If so, please email me your question. We can also take some questions by telephone (but please email your question and register interest).

The interview with Joyce Carol Oates is in a BBC World Service series called: "World Book Club". You can find information about the programme on our website (address below).

Tone Clusters members in or near central London might like to attend the studio recording to ask their questions in person (Thursday 20 May 1300 in WC2). If so, contact the programme (via the website) and reserve a place. The programme will be broadcast in the BBC World Service at the end of July, and will also be archived on the programme website.

Finally, as an international broadcaster, we're always keen to include contributions from a large range of countries - so if anyone has ideas on how I can reach JCO fans in countries other than the United States or the United Kingdom [though your contributions are also most welcome! ;-) ] - then do please let me know!

Thanks very much indeed. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
gary
